Every week I feel a new set of changes, from how I look to how I feel. I have PCOS so my hormones cause break outs and bloating. Since I have consistently been drinking Astralife my face is clear and my bloating is gone.

I can drink Astralife on an empty stomach without making a beeline to the toilet. I’m not a breakfast person but I need my coffee in the morning. I love the fact that I can have two cups without regret.

Not bad at all, I’m not big on mushrooms and my subscription was a birthday gift. My fiancé’ swore by Astralife and I wasn’t convinced, I just thought coffee was coffee. … I’m drinking those words lol… Astralife is not just another coffee it’s delicious and I love the way I feel.

I typically drink two Venti black coffees a day from Starbucks. My need for caffeine is non negotiable. At first I didn’t think that the caffeine content in Astralife would be enough to keep me going all day and that I would need to drink the bag in one setting just to be “ok”… I was wrong. Just this one time lol… but I was wrong I have two cups about 8-10 ounces a day and I can sleep at night!!!! That’s a big deal in my world! Lol I wanted to cut back on my caffeine but not my productivity and Astralife has given me just that.
